Lazy Sunday!!!!

I would say that Sundays are my favorite day of the week around our house!!! They are lazy...stress free...relaxed...

This particular Sunday...

We woke to Miles' crying for his bottle!!! We dressed and made our way to church...early I might add!!! That doesn't usually happen with us!!! We are the ones that are always late...no one looks for us on time!! We are doing really good if we are on time...EARLY???? What's that???
I have not been very good lately about taking pictures of the kids. With all the stress at work I have pretty much just been going day to day!!

Well...I have been thinking long and hard about that...AND it isn't fair!!! It isn't fair to me, the kids or Goose!!! What is it all for if we don't take time and enjoy each other and the MANY blessings that God gives us everyday???? So I am making the time!!!

These two pictures are of the kids...we are just heading out for church!!

Our sweet little girl is soooo happy!!! Literally in her own words, "I so Happy"!!!! She LOVES going to church!!! She is ALWAYS excited to get ready, put on her dress, fix her hair, whatever it takes so that she can go to church. I pray she always has this enthusiasm for learning about how much God loves her!!! She even sings "Jesus loves me"...except with her it is "Jesus loves me so"!!! To her..."this I know" becomes "so". It really is quite sweet!!!! Maybe I can get her to sing it for a blog sometime!!


After Church, Goose treated the family to lunch...I guess more treated me...in that I didn't have to cook!!! Then we made a stop over at Grandnanna's. She was in the back working on her patio. We joined her out there for a little while. It was such a nice day(I hope you took the time to notice!)!!! Tenley true to form started sweeping and straightening right alongside Grandnanna. Tenley loves to clean(she DOES NOT get that from me!!).
We stayed out back visiting and rocking...like I said...relaxing!!! Grandnanna even watched the kids while Goose and I took a drive!!

Doesn't Miles look like a "little man" in his polo??? He is growing too fast...pulling up on everything he sees!!! He doesn't jabber much...I guess he will be like his daddy in that department...they only say something when it is important...like around "feeding" time!!
When the kids starting acting tired we all headed for the house for a little nap and rest time!!! Then to finish out the day we ran down and saw Grandma and Granddad. The kids so enjoy their great grandparents. It is so special that we live close to them. I know that Tenley and Miles love them both so much!!!

Now you see why Sundays are so nice around our house!!! I hope yours was wonderful too!!
