Going to the Big D...and I DO mean Dallas!

The kids and I made our way up to Dallas a couple of weeks ago. Sydney had a check-up with her specialist in Ft Worth(She is doing great...they want to see her again in Oct.)

Since we had to make the trip anyway, we planned a family gathering. My oldest siblings(Ross had school, so he wasn't able to come...We missed ya Ra!) and I met up at Nicki's house for some fun...Fun...FUN!!! We hung out, went to see a drum line(that's what Nic called it, Ang and I say they were marching bands), and we went swimming.

Tenley wanted to be as tall as Mommy.
He didn't want to wake up...he was still sleepy.
"Hi there, Momma! Whatcha doin?"
This is Tenley's new thing...she posses with her hand in front of her face...I'm hoping it's a stage that passes quickly.
Sisters...Sisters...there were never such devoted Sisters! (What movie?) This was not a very good picture of me, but I thought they both looked nice so I sacrificed. Nicki(left, she's the oldest girl) Me(center, baby girl) and Angela(Right, middle sister).

As you might have guessed...Tenley was tired of taking pictures. She just wanted to go play! Sydeny wanted Miles' ball. Ethan on the other hand was all smiles. I'm not really sure what Miles is looking at, but it's not the camera.
Such a sweet brother...he was sharing his bouncy ball. He loves his sisters, oh so much!!
She is going to figure it out...just you wait and see.

So, I don't know why I have more pics of Ang with the kids than I do Nic or Dwayne. My only guess is they must have ran away every time I pulled the camera out.

I'm so excited Sydney is going to have a little girl cousin to play with when we go up to Colorado to visit.Finally...Aunt Nic with all the kiddos! I have to say...Nic is a pretty awesome aunt, she loves all four of her nieces and nephews so much. But then, my kids are not suffering from a lack of aunts and uncles that love them, they are blessed more than they know.

Nic, thanks for letting all of us bombard your home!! We need to plan another trip like this one(and make sure Ra can come).
