We woke up Christmas morning to the most beautiful sight! As most of you know it is rare that we get snow ON Christmas day. But this year God blessed us...I like to think it had something to do with Christmas being on Sunday.
Another bonus for the kids was Goose was home this time so he was able to go out and play with them...I was pleasantly safe and warm behind my camera...
The first thing Miles did was fall in the snow...I am not sure anyone enjoys the snow more than him!
So sweet of Syd to share her fresh snow with Ten...I'm pretty sure he has a mouth full of snow and is trying to decide if he wants to roll around in the snow some more or go start a snowball fight...
Happy little girl...
Snug as a bug...and oh so cute!
My sweet babies...(yes, Carol I know there is a pole coming out of Tenley's head...elements 10 is kicking my butt!)
And she's outta there...
Goose of course wanted a picture with the Dairy sign...Dairying is in his blood!
And she's outta there...yeah, she has a short attention span!
Let's start a snowman...
Seriously, the kid LOVES rolling in the snow!
I'm starting to see it...can you?
Yeah she didn't help much with the snowman...she did however eat as much snow as she could manage...
Gggeee Momma, this is grrrreat fun...
A little closer...
The dogs were so sweet to help out...
I've had enough snow...why are we still out here???
And...the final product! So we really only got enough snow to build a kid size (slightly dirty) snowman, but the kids didn't care...they loved every minute of it!
NO, seriously...why are we still out here? I want some hot chocolate...
As we were headed in, Goose decided to make the snow "avalanche" off the roof onto the kids...Syd got the biggest kick out of this. I wish I had thought to use the video feature, because she couldn't stop laughing...
Do it again Daddy!
Miles seemed to get the brunt of it, not that he minded...
Tenley decided to try to eat it as it was coming down...
Lots of precious memories...I love it!!! Next time we get snow I'll have another little one to bundle up...
