It's also the Most Wonderful, Rewarding, Meaningful, Joyful, Blessing, Fulfilling, Amazing, Heart warming, Beautiful, Life Changing, Significant, and Important job. I believe being mother gives us a glimpse of God's love for us. As much as a mother loves her child/children God loves us so infinitely more! How wonderful!!
As a little girl I used to dream about getting married and having a bunch of kids. I never knew how wonderful it would actually be. I LOVE being a Mom. I'm am so grateful to Goose for working so hard so that I'm able to stay home with our babies. I can't imagine doing anything else! Being a Mom is one of my defining qualities. When people ask me to describe myself, I always lead with I'm a wife and mother.
I'm so blessed to be Tenley, Miles, Sydney, and Madison's Mom. They are terrific kids and I wouldn't trade any of them (no not even Syd). My prayer is that I will be the Mother that they deserve. I strive everyday to raise them in the ways of our Lord, so they will grow to be warriors for Christ. I get so excited when I think about what God has in store for each of my kids. I also pray that my shortcomings as a mother want hinder them from reaching God's potential for their lives.
