Ten and Miles got to spend the week with Mom & Dad(and Ang & Brooklyn). Mom let me download some pics from her camera so I could see a little bit of what the kids were up too while they were there.
The rope swing was a huge hit...

They also had fun on the tree swing. Mom said the weather was perfect the whole time they were there.

Precious memories...
I have never liked that my parents live so far away from us. I grew up living 30 mins from both sets of my grandparents, we saw them all on a regular basis. It has been hard realizing that my kids will never have that kind of a relationship with my parents. Although it isn't the same by a long shot, it does help a little that they are getting old enough to go spend some time with them.
I would be lying it I said that I wasn't holding out hope that they would eventually move back this way.
